About Photo Club CIEL
Photo Club CIEL is open to people of all ages who are interested in photography, whether beginners or experienced. Founded in 1968, the club was originally reserved for European civil servants, but for several decades now almost half of our members have come from other backgrounds. These photography enthusiasts live in Luxembourg or the Greater Region.
